The eco-friendly brand began over a pint and a packet of crisps, back in 2015. Founders Mark & Sean had always wanted to develop a brand together, and with a heritage in potato farming, crisps were the natural solution. Day to day, they both saw the reality of single-use plastic in their fields and hedgerows and knew that this was what they needed to eradicate. They also wanted to celebrate Herefordshire’s plentiful larder of delicious ingredients, some from their farms and others from local producers that they wanted to support and champion, and of course, keep food miles low. Sustainable, local and ultimately delicious.
