Since starting our journey in 1991, we’ve come a long way from our humble beginnings. 

The Arden’s story began when our founders, Tim & Derek, set up their small (and damp) office in Tim’s back garden. Focused on finding the perfect partner for their authentic Italian coffee, they set off across Europe on an adventure to discover the very best baked goods the continent had to offer. Their findings were an instant hit, and Ardens’ love of fine snacks was born. 

Then, in 2008, we relocated to our current HQ in Coventry, and took on another 12 foodies, the start of the Arden’s family… Fast forward to 2025, with a 38-person strong team, Arden’s continues to go from strength to strength. Despite growing so significantly, in such a short space of time, we will always stand by our initial values, and our passion for excellent food remains as strong as it was on day one.

We’re excited to see what the future will bring for us and our fellow foodies alike!
