Customer Service
Cotswold Fayre prides itself on a high level of friendly customer service. Our experienced office based sales team are always on hand to answer any questions and offer advice on our products.
Other services include:
- A regular phone call to check if you need an order.
- You will have a regular delivery day based on area, please call the office to find out when this is.
- Sales visits are available from our experienced Regional Account Managers who can show you new products and offer advice on merchandising and how to develop the range in-store.
- Our sales team is backed up by our office customer service team – out of stock items will be advised at the time of placing your order and alternative products suggested if appropriate.
- Promotions are offered regularly and many suppliers are happy to come and do ‘tastings’ of their products in – store – just give us a call to arrange this.
- Our head office is in Theale, Reading and our showroom is located with our warehouse in Membury. You are welcome to visit by appointment.
- New product launch shows and seasonal roadshows are organised throughout the year at various regional venues.
- We also participate regularly at trade shows – in particular those sponsored by the Guild of Fine Food retailers.
