Our real-time stock system and consolidated distribution means fast and efficient ordering, smarter deliveries, fewer miles and no surprises (except good ones). To place an order online you will need to create a trade account. Select 'create an account' in the top right corner of the webpage and follow the prompts, completing the mandatory fields. Please note you do not need to be an existing customer to create an acocunt.
Have multiple sites? No problem! You can add multiple delivery addresses on one registered account (selecting the correct delivery address at checkout). However, if the different sites have different account numbers, you will need to create separate accounts online.
Once you have created an account, you will be able to browse our website, view pricing and add items to your favourites 24/7! Browsing our range of wholesale products is easy, you can look for products via site search, delve into our categories and filter by food properties such as Organic and Vegan.
Save Time Placing Your Regular Orders
Simply add the SKUs you regularly purchase to your favourites by clicking on the heart icon on either the category page or product page. These SKUs will be added automatically to the relevant Ambient, Chilled or Seasonal list in the My Favourites area, ready for you to add to your basket and continue to re-order time after time
Next time you place an order, you can head straight to your favourites, by clicking on the 'Purple Heart Icon' near 'My Account' and add items from your favourites straight into your basket
Our real-time stock system means you only order what we have in stock, avoiding disappointment. If a product is out of stock, you can sign up for in stock notifications and we will email you when it is back in stock.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order aknowledgement by email and a member of our Customer Services team will be in touch if we have any queries.
We’re always looking for new ways to make a difference. For every order you place we donate 25p per invoice to the foodbank.
Orders are split into three separate baskets; Ambient, Chilled , Frozen and Seasonal.
You may add ambient, chilled, frozen or seasonal products to your basket at the same time, allowing you to build multiple orders simultaneously however, you are required to checkout of each basket separately.

Seasonal products can be pre-ordered separately prior to certain holidays and delivery dates will be confirmed by the customer service team. As we near certain holidays, our seasonal product availability reduces and these products will then be able to be added to an ambient or chilled basket/order and will be delivered on the next normal delivery day. First orders must be paid by credit/debit card (we accept: Visa , Visa Debit, Mastercard and Maestro). After your first order, your account will synchronise and if you have available credit, you will be able to 'pay on account'.
Please note we do not accept American Express.
Applying For Credit
In order to to apply for a credit account, your first online order must be paid using a credit/debit card.
If you’d like to apply for a credit account you will need to download and complete a short application form and return it to our accounts team on email@example.com. Please ensure the signature provided is that of the Owner or Director of the business. Your application will be reviewed, and a member of our Accounts Team will be in touch to let you know the outcome of your application.
If your application is approved and you are a new customer, your credit limit will be assigned to your account once your first order has been paid pro forma. If you are an existing customer your credit limit will be assigned to your account for you to use against any future orders.
On the occasion that there may be a discrepancy, shortage of the order or if the goods are damaged, the buyer must advise Cotswold Fayre within three working days of delivery. The Buyer must reflect in the POD ‘proof of delivery’ document that the goods have been damaged or state unchecked.
No returns will be accepted unless prior arrangements have been made. Cotswold Fayre cannot give credit for goods that are already price marked. Cotswold Fayre reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee.

The category and product pages will display your price once you have logged in.
There are two type of product promotions; a straight % discount, that you can find in the 'offers' tab of the navigation bar, and a multi-buy such as 4 for 3, that are calculated at checkout.
We issue one-time codes offering special discounts on orders placed online. To redeem, please enter the voucher code at the bottom of the 'review & payments' page at checkout, under 'apply discount code'.
