Arrange collection of your Woolcool packaging for us to reuse!
As part of our commitment to sustainability and repurposing, we have setup a convenient and eco-friendly returns system for the Woolcool packaging that some of our deliveries use.
The process of returning your Woolcool packaging is simple and comes at no cost to you, we will even come and collect it from your premises.
How It Works
1) Package
Keep your wool liners in one of the boxes and when you have enough to fill a box, seal them up.
Standard boxes take 5-7 wool liners and the large boxes take in excess of 10 wool liners.
2) Submit your return
Simply request your return, complete and submit the form:
3) We Collect
We will collect your boxes from your premises when we next deliver to you.
Please have them somewhere accessible to handover to your driver.
We highly encourage our customers to return their used Woolcool packaging back to us, so that we can carefully assess whether it is suitable for reuse. Any Woolcool that cannot be reused in our deliveries will be recycled responsibly.
