Paolo Lazzaroni & Figli, based in Saronno Italy (north of Milan), is a family business in the market for 8 generations, owned by Lazzaroni Family which acts in the bakery business since 1719, quiet a long tradition. Worldwide, panettone is more and more recognized not just for being the “Italian Christmas cake”, but specifically for being the Christmas cake of Milano, as it was born in the past. In Milano area, the true is that there are just few historical Companies, and we are proud to be one of them. The Panettone Chiostro di Saronno is produced according to the traditional recipe and criteria, through a slow and natural leavening and all ingredients, from flour to milk, eggs to butter, candied fruit to yeast, are of natural origin strictly fresh and genuine, free of preservatives and colorant.
