Blanco Niño is a producer of authentic corn tortilla chips. The team uses the Aztec cooking method known as nixtamalisation to create their chips.

It all started when their founder Phil set up his first Mexican restaurant in Dublin. He couldn’t find corn tortillas of the quality he had come to love in Mexico’s famous taquerias.

Phil embarked on a journey to learn how to make truly authentic tortillas. Not only did he gain invaluable knowledge, he also earned a new nickname…Blanco Niño.

Driven by a passion for sharing real corn tortillas, he established the tortilleria with a passionate team in Tipperary, Ireland, in 2015. The rest, they say, is history.
