Botivo is served in 38 Michelin star restaurants and 45 of the top 100 across the UK.

Each batch of Botivo is made on Lannock Farm by co-founder Sam. Using low intervention techniques, the liquid is made from a combination of five powerful botanicals: rosemary, thyme, gentian, wormwood leaf and orange zest, infused on a backdrop of aged British apple cider vinegar balanced with organic wildflower honey. There are no flavourings or preservatives, just real ingredients to create the best taste.
