A BRC-A grade accredited business, Bristol-based CAKESMITHS was founded by Coffee shop owning brother and sister team Tom and George, when good cakes in the city weren’t easy to find. They naturally did great coffees front-of-house, while at the same time making great cakes in the back  -  as you would!

Their reputation was born: original recipes, creative and inspired, in a city known for its trend-setting and its fun.

Over 20 years on, and still there in Bristol  -   with its own, though different, Coffee Shop and Cake Lab that the public can see in action  -  CAKESMITHS is a little bit bigger. But it still innovates, with cutting edge, ahead of the game combinations that use fabulous ingredients. Their products are always memorable and typically delicious  -  with multiple Great Taste Awards to back that up  -  and have a character that seems difficult to match.
