Four unique & delicious flavours

Meeting consumer need for new flavours that are different but familiar for high levels of repeat purchase.

Grouse & Whinberry
Young grouse tastes of rich, sweet wild herbs. To create this meaty aromatic taste our Grouse and Whinberry crisps have been seasoned with thyme and the sweet, fruity flavour of whinberries. -the perfect partner for a G&T.
Wild Duck & Plum
Rich and full of flavour, wild duck has a delicious meaty taste. To create the taste of duck with plum sauce and spring onions, our Wild Duck and Plum Sauce crisps have been lightly seasoned with flavours of ginger, star anise and soy sauce. – balance with a glass of Pinot Blanc or Gris
Roast Boar & Apple
Wild boar meat is packed with savoury flavour, like a cross between free range pork and roast venison. To recreate this taste and balance it with the sweetness of a Cox’s apple, we have flavoured our Wild Boar and Apple crisps with a seasoning using smoked salt, paprika, apple and rosemary– try with a crafted India Pale Ale.
Smoked Pheasant & Wild Mushroom
Pheasant is a sweet and rich tasting meat. Our Smoked Pheasant and Wild Mushroom crisps are seasoned with smoked salt and the savoury earthiness of wild mushroom to bring out the meaty flavour– calls for a claret.
