Today, more than 25 years on, the company occupies a site much bigger than Colin’s kitchen, but it’s still located in the heart of Norfolk. And it’s not just achieved but exceeded its goal. Booja-Booja is now a thriving, multi award-winning business selling organic dairy, gluten & soya free chocolates and ice cream throughout the UK and beyond. 

At the heart of the company is a small, hard-working team with a passion for deliciousness, a flair for innovation and a dedication to the incredible, independent fine food and wholefood retailers who stock its exquisite treats. 

Booja-Booja has never gone a year without winning at least one award for its exquisite chocolate and ice cream delights. It now has more than 240 awards to its name, including 61 prestigious Great Taste Awards and 61 Free From Food Awards. It’s a pioneer in the Free From sector, creating products that are not just ‘good enough for free from’ but deliciously irresistible full stop. Booja-Booja was crowned Large Brand of the Year 2025 at this year’s Free From Awards ceremony in London, in recognition of the superb quality of its entire range.
