EASY BEAN is on a mission to give beans the culinary status that they deserve.

Since working in tropical agriculture in the 1980s, Christina became fascinated by pulses; the diverse varieties, the uses in global cuisine and the health benefits for us and for the environment.

On her return to the UK and as a keen cook and foodie, she began to create new and interesting ways to enjoy beans, peas & lentils.

From their own in house SALSA accredited bakery and production kitchen, the Easy Bean team produce two ranges of naturally gluten-free crackers and crispbreads. Handmade in small batches using 100% natural ingredients.

Bean & Seed Crackers are baked using protein packed pulse flours, milled from crops grown on British farms. Gluten free, dairy free and with no added sugar. This range is suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Chickpea Crispbread are baked using nutty tasting chickpea flour and locally sourced butter and buttermilk. Topped with toasted seeds for extra crunch. This range is suitable for vegetarians.
