ROYAL FLUSH - The Champagne alternative. Made using first flush Darjeeling tea. Fragrant and fresh on the nose with notes of stone fruits and juicy blackcurrants. Delicately acidic on the palate with flavours of rhubarb, peach, and a hint of spice.

DRY DRAGON - The Sparkling Wine alternative. Made using pan-fired Dragonwell tea. Light and crisp on the nose with notes of honeydew melon and a delicate leafy undertone. Dry and fresh on the palate with flavours of sweet lemons, grapefruit, and a gentle, nutty finish.

NEW! PEONY BLUSH - The Sparkling Rosé alternative. Made using White Peony tea. Fruity and bright on the nose with notes of strawberry, yoghurt and luscious summer fruits. Buttery and well-rounded on the palate with flavours of cherry, strawberry and a deeply complex finish.
