Stone Daisy Brewery, situated between Stonehenge and Longleat, is a newly acclaimed brewery. It draws its name from ancient witch marks etched into its historic stone buildings. These marks, in the form of a six-petalled daisy wheel or hexafoil, were believed to ward off evil spirits, safeguarding the building and its inhabitants.

Stone Daisy's beers are named after nearby real locations, such as Cow Down, Snail Creep Hanging, and Park Bottom, which all exist.

Using ingredients from the 9000-acre Fonthill Estate, the brewery's doorstep, Stone Daisy crafts its beers. The water, naturally filtered through limestone, and golden barley sourced from surrounding fields, contribute to the rich flavors. Their blend of traditional and modern brewing techniques results in delightful brews appealing to all generations.

The barley is malted by hand at Britain's oldest working maltings in Warminster. With nearly two decades of brewing experience, Stone Daisy's head brewer ensures excellence. Their commitment to local sourcing minimizes their carbon footprint and honors their Wiltshire heritage.
