Fine Food distributor, Cotswold Fayre, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dave Truscott as the new Head of Buying.
 

Dave Truscott brings years of food retail, convenience and foodservice market experience to the team at Cotswold Fayre.  Having spent the last six years with Sandpiper CI, one of the largest companies in the Channel Islands, he has a wealth of experience working with retailers and knowledge of this marketplace.  For the latter three years David’s role was focussed on the foodservice division of Sandpiper CI, Cimandis; which has since been acquired by Bidvest.
