Collection: The Glorious Mess

The Glorious Mess was born from a love of baking, a flair for the dramatic, and a stubborn refusal to play it safe. With over 15 years of perfecting meringues, we know a thing or two about Eton Mess - so we couldn’t understand why supermarkets only offered the same dry, chalky, white nests. Where’s the fun and joy in that? We decided Eton Mess deserved better.
Enter The Glorious Mess. Our creations are bold, playful, and unapologetically indulgent. Using real, natural ingredients, vibrant colours, and a traditional Swiss recipe, we make it easy to create nostalgic, joy-filled desserts in minutes. No fuss, no compromise - just pure, indulgent pleasure in every bite.
Every product is crafted with care in Shropshire, vegetarian-friendly, and designed to delight the senses. From experimenting with unexpected flavour combinations to capturing that perfectly “messy” aesthetic, The Glorious Mess is all about pushing boundaries while staying true to our love of indulgence.
We celebrate imperfection, creativity, and the joy of sharing. Picture our Caramel Meringue Nest, loaded with scoops of salted caramel ice cream, slices of fresh banana, and a scatter of crunchy salted pretzels - a sweet-salty masterpiece that’s as fun to make as it is to eat. Or try a Strawberry Meringue Nest piled high with cream and juicy berries for a taste of nostalgic summer.
At The Glorious Mess, indulgence should be fun, playful, and utterly memorable. Our mission is simple: to turn everyday moments into extraordinary, messy, and delicious experiences – one glorious bite at a time.
