Launched exclusively by Cotswold Fayre in the UK in 2012, Pelagonia is our award-winning Macedonian food range based on the very best traditional recipes from our region. Our growing range also includes innovative new products based on our trademark red peppers and quality fruit and vegetables grown in our fertile country.

The produce for our core range is grown and produced in the Pelagonia valley. Many families work as a cooperative to grow, harvest and source our fantastic produce.
