Cotswold Fayre & Flourish are proud to announce that they have once again been named as one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026 (Medium organisation category), powered by WorkL, marking the third consecutive year they have received this prestigious recognition.
The award celebrates organisations across the UK that demonstrate exceptional levels of employee engagement, wellbeing and workplace culture, recognising businesses that go above and beyond to create environments where people can thrive.
Sam Woodbridge, Head of People said:
âReceiving this recognition again reflects the culture our people help shape every single day. At Cotswold Fayre âPeople First Alwaysâ is a core part of our strategy and it is the foundation of how we lead, support and grow our teams. We are passionate about creating an environment where people feel valued, heard and empowered to thrive both personally and professionally.â
Paul Hargreaves, Group CEO said:
âWhilst we have won over 20 awards over the years, this is the one that gives me most pleasure as the reason I set up the company originally in 1999 was to create fulfilling jobs for those who needed a second chance. And that work continues today at Flourish where we employ both the neurodiverse and Ukrainian refugees.â
Flourish has two food halls and kitchens in the Bath area and Cotswold Fayre is a leading wholesaler to over 1,500 food retailers across the UK.
