Panealba was founded in 1982 in the small town of Verduno, near the town of Cuneo, as a purely commercial operation. In time, the passion and knowledge of the Tesia family have lead to an exceptional production capacity, in which baked products such as grissini, crostini and savoury snacks are created from the best natural ingredients of the highest quality.

The ingredients are worked with a combination of artisanal techniques from Piedmont and cutting edge technology. Panealba is certified AIB International, UNI EN ISO 9001:2000, BRC e IFS.

In 2008 Panealba acquired Campiello, a brand that makes confectionery including the famous Novellino. Today Panealba operates a 40,000 square meter site, with a third of this area covered by its production facility and offices.
