Over 3 years ago my family began a journey to reduce the number of plastics in our lives. We discovered alternatives to shampoos in plastic bottles, peanut butter with a metal lid and a whole myriad of plastic free alternatives. But making our own beeswax wraps was the most significant and resulted in us starting Bumble Wrap. The wraps work so well at reducing plastic but possibly more significant is that they keep the food fresher for longer – whether it’s a slab cheese, a loaf of bread, a sandwich for lunch or some broccoli florets. In each case the food will remain fresher for longer.

Since our launch in May 2018 we have helped so many families, delis and cafes reduce their reliance on single use plastic. They are available in a range of sizes to help cover a bowl of leftovers or wrap a slice of cake and they look good too.
