All orders are accepted subject to our terms and conditions set out below:
New Accounts
For the first three months or 6 orders trading with us orders received are to be paid cheque or cash on delivery. Subsequent orders may be on account subject to the relevant checks on bank and trade references. Forms are available on application from the office or via the web-site www.cotswoldfayre.co.uk
Value Added Tax
Vat is charged at the prevailing rate to all items marked 'S' in the price list.
Payment
All invoices are to be paid within 30 days following delivery. If payments are not received by the due date, Cotswold Fayre will charge the buyer interest 5% above base rate, calculated on a daily basis, on outstanding amounts until paid in full. Any bank charges incurred, such as unpaid cheques, will be passed to the buyer. Cotswold Fayre reserves the right to remove the credit facility if payments are frequently late or unpaid. Accounts passed to the debt collectors will automatically be returned to C.O.D. and excess charges incurred by so doing passed to the customer.
Title
Full legal, beneficial and equitable title of the Goods shall not pass to the Customer until the Company has received in full (in cash or cleared funds) all sums due to it in respect of the Goods and any sums owed to the Company on account.

Claims
On occasion that there may be a discrepancy or shortage of the order, or if the goods are damaged, the buyer must advise Cotswold Fayre within three working days of delivery.
Returns
No returns will be accepted unless prior arrangements have been made. Cotswold Fayre cannot give credit for goods that are already price marked.
Sell-by Date
The buyer must ensure correct stock rotation as we are unable to give refunds for stock that remains unsold after its 'best before' date.
Deliveries
Cotswold Fayre aims to deliver when promised. However, late or un-booked in deliveries cannot be accepted as a reason for refusing goods unless the buyer lets Cotswold Fayre know in writing before the goods are despatched.
